Beschreibung

• As an Account Manager in our weather division, you will be the strategic owner of client accounts, ensuring long-term success, partnerships and revenue growth. • You will serve as a consultative advisor in the aviation sector, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the account through cross-selling and upselling. • You are expected to identify opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring DTN’s solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs. • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives • Build strong, meaningful Territory & Account Plans • Provide proactive recommendations, introducing new solutions that add value and drive engagement • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-notch service and innovative solutions • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to uncover unmet needs • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimise client offerings • Negotiate contract renewals above a set threshold, ensuring continued success and profitability • Continuously analyse accounts for new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and customer feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience • 5 years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales • 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations • Strong understanding of either the Energy, Utilities, Transportation or Renewable industries • Must have German language skills (written and spoken at Business Level) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling • Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management • Proficiency in SFDC for tracking leads and managing pipelines • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
