• Own and drive sales opportunities for SEE Solutions within assigned accounts and regions. • Support direct sales throughout the full sales lifecycle—from discovery to close. • Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with revenue targets. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SEE Solutions. • Support RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation as required. • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer engineering processes and requirements. • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions. • Map customer needs to SEE capabilities, configurations, and licensing models. • Address technical objections and competitive positioning with credibility and clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering for engineering software. • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, panel design, and industrial electrical systems. • Experience selling or supporting CAD, E-CAD, or engineering design software. • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Comfortable presenting to engineers, managers, and executive stakeholders.
