Beschreibung

• On-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources • Maintain Project Risk Register to communicate and mitigate overall project risk level • Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings • Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities • Develop and issue the Project Work Plan and related project plans and project procedures; facilitate the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project team • Project administration and configuration management of project documentation to assist the Project Director • Ensure compliance with U. S. export control and other requirements as applicable • Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools • Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables • Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan • Ensure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management • Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects (with multi-disciplinary team and project) • Domestic and International travel up to 25%
