Beschreibung

• Supports the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Works closely with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and delivery teams. • Translates business requirements into practical system configurations within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. • Plays a hands-on role in configuring applications, supporting solution design. • Ensures the platform supports scalable business processes. • Contributes to the continued growth of the Customer Engagement (CE) practice by building technical expertise. • Supports internal knowledge sharing and development of reusable solution assets.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related CRM platforms. • Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components. • Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration and platform understanding. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop clear, compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively. • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to grow within a consulting environment. • Readiness to travel up to 30%.
