Beschreibung

• Management of day-to-day commercial distribution operations • Partner with Supply Chain on commercial product functions -DSCSA/serialization in conjunction with 3rd party vendor (ie TraceLink), manufacturing/3PL build, inbound inventory, and responsibility matrix • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) • Manage relationship with Urology GPOs and determine best ways to increase market share and overall sales • Establish, review, manage, and update vendor partners and agreements based on current and future business needs • Manage specialty pharmacy (SP) to ensure that contract is executed properly and product not flowing out of their institutions. • Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field required • 10+ years of progressive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry required • 8+ years of working in a Market Access capacity required • Launch experience: rare or orphan disease, urology, oncology preferred • Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license
