Beschreibung

• Lead and Execute Change Management Strategy: Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to assess readiness and define success metrics. • Executive Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, buy-in, and effective communication throughout change initiatives. • Risk & Readiness Assessment: Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Support development of and execution against key strategic transformation initiatives as the change practitioner • Lead and support enterprise coordination of scaled program level transformation portfolio • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals • Partner with leadership to assess change readiness and define success metrics • Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to support awareness and commitment • Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation strategies • Build and manage small team of change practitioners supporting change management for transformation efforts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND 10+ years of change management or organizational development experience • Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations • Prosci certification or equivalent required with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts • Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking
