Beschreibung

• Responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. • Responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. • Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

🎯 Anforderungen

• A fire and passion for working with seniors • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required • Two years of experience in a DON role required • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills
