Beschreibung

• Own the architecture, configuration, and ongoing evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment • Design and manage identity and access systems including SSO, conditional access, RBAC, and PIM • Implement and maintain security and compliance controls across M365 (Defender, Purview, audit readiness) • Lead endpoint and device management through Intune, including provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management • Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform • Optimize Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments with governance and lifecycle standards • Monitor system performance, usage, and security signals; proactively resolve issues • Develop documentation, standards, and operational playbooks • Partner with cybersecurity, IT, HR, and other teams on identity lifecycle and system integrations • Serve as a technical advisor on M365 capabilities, strategy, and adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments • Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune • Experience with identity and access management (IAM/PIM) • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation • Experience implementing security and compliance controls within M365 • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving ability • Security-first mindset with understanding of zero trust and least privilege principles • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
