Description

• Design architectural and technical solutions for enterprise-scale infrastructure supporting both on-premise and MED365 cloud environments. • Develop strategies and documentation that guide engineering implementation and architectural consistency across DHA systems. • Ensure system designs are interoperable, sustainable, and aligned with DHA Enterprise Architecture policies and governance. • Lead or support functional and technical requirements validation, including Requirements Worksheets (RWs) and Governance input. • Facilitate iRAM and RAM sessions and coordinate with SMEs, IA staff, and stakeholders during solution development. • Conduct feasibility and architectural assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, scalability, and performance standards. • Draft and maintain Test and Evaluation Strategies (TES) to support operational readiness. • Manage architectural documentation throughout the systems lifecycle and provide support during acquisition planning. • Deliver Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts to meet governance and compliance standards. • Lead re-architecture efforts for fielded solutions based on mission needs or system limitations. • Collaborate with DoD, MHS, and industry stakeholders to align technical direction and solve architecture/integration challenges.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience leading IT architecture and systems design efforts within complex enterprise environments. • Knowledge of DHA, MHS, or DoD IT environments and governance processes. • Strong ability to translate mission needs into scalable architectural solutions. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), OR CISSP. • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), OR Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100).
