Description

• Provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for software engineers building and operating scalable cloud-native applications on AWS • Lead delivery of business-critical applications • Establish technical direction and architectural standards • Drive AWS cloud adoption and modernization initiatives • Make architecture decisions and guide solution design across Spring Boot microservices, OpenSearch platforms, CI/CD, observability, and AWS infrastructure • Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and reliability • Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development practices • Support incident resolution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, product teams, platform teams, and stakeholders • Mentor engineers and develop technical talent • Align technology investments with business goals and ensure successful execution of business objectives

🎯 Exigences

• Java backend development experience • Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Experience with AWS, including ECS/Fargate, IAM, ALB, RDS, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager • Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub, observability, DevOps, and infrastructure as code • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, event-driven architecture, API integration, and performance optimization • Experience with cloud architecture and AWS cloud adoption/modernization • Experience with AI-assisted development tools • Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, ownership, conflict resolution, and adaptability • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive delivery of complex cloud-native solutions • Automotive background, Java background, Lucid background, or OpenSearch experience • No full-stack role with heavy front-end Angular/React/TypeScript focus
