Description

• Actively manage and develop your sales territory in the Rhine-Main region and parts of the Palatinate • Advise and support end customers, trade partners, and relevant branches on 3M solutions for automotive repair systems • Build, maintain, and strategically develop long-term customer relationships • Identify new business opportunities through structured territory, customer, and potential analyses • Plan and implement sales initiatives to achieve marketing and sales objectives • Collaborate with application technicians, paint industry partners, and internal stakeholders to successfully implement customer projects • Train relevant distribution partners on 3M products, solutions, and applications • Actively manage opportunities and the sales pipeline, including maintaining Salesforce records • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager • Contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by complying with safety policies, identifying hazards, and participating in continuous improvement

🎯 Exigences

• Completed vocational training as an automotive painter or in a comparable paint-related occupation, ideally supplemented by a master craftsperson qualification or equivalent further training • Several years of practical experience in painting, bodywork, or automotive repair • Initial sales experience in the automotive aftermarket is an advantage • Strong knowledge of the market, products, and competitors, as well as an understanding of relevant structures and trends in the automotive repair market • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to build, maintain, and develop long-term customer relationships • Structured, independent working style with strong organizational skills • Analytical skills for assessing customer potential, market opportunities, and sales activities • Very good German and English language skills • Willingness to travel within the sales territory • Experience working with trade partners, workshop networks, or relevant partners in the automotive aftermarket is an advantage • Knowledge of planning and implementing sales initiatives is an advantage • Experience delivering product training, training sessions, or customer workshops is an advantage • Good IT skills, ideally including experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
