Description

• You understand, structure, and evaluate technical requirements from our customers. • You design and build integrations between 8returns and external systems such as shops, ERP systems, 3PLs, and warehouse tools. • You analyze APIs, webhooks, and technical documentation to implement clean data flows. • You accompany customer requirements from the initial technical assessment to the production-ready solution. • You estimate feasibility, effort, and technical risks for Sales and Customer Success. • You independently implement smaller product adjustments, automations, and customer-specific extensions. • You debug integration issues and develop robust solutions from them. • You identify recurring integration patterns and translate them into reusable building blocks.

🎯 Exigences

• Technical background in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or comparable practical experience • Very good understanding of APIs, data models, webhooks, authentication, logs, and technical documentation • Strong builder mentality: you can structure open technical problems...
