Description

• Direct the sales strategy and planning for field based team by driving agreed upon short term sales targets and long-term goals and objectives • Continue to position AbbVie as a market leader and solution-provider across the stakeholder base • Exhibit intense deep and broad market knowledge across the sector, geography and franchise(s), including Key Managed Care and Payer dynamics • Share and provide quantitative and qualitative business acumen and analysis • Drive and position AbbVie in high growth • Ensure all facets of the external market, segment and internal enterprise are considered in the strategy and plan setting • Provide compelling coaching, mentoring and guidance across the business

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of people leadership (preferably sales leadership) • Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account based selling, training, managed health care and marketing • Ability to set a vision and a strategy • Build and inspire individuals and teams for success • Experience with project management • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas • Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
