Description

• Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using complex triggers and audience creation methods • Build workflows using Salesforce entry events and relational database queries with SQL • Collaborate on customer lifecycle stages and segmentation strategies • Contribute to audience engagement roadmaps for clients • Communicate with team members and stakeholders about automation strategies, workflow objectives, and performance insights • Monitor active workflows and automations for quality and effectiveness • Recommend performance optimizations • Maintain data models and attribute definitions for scalable audience segmentation • Support dynamic content personalization for campaigns and landing pages • Ensure automated marketing practices comply with legal standards, data privacy requirements, and industry best practices • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS • Proficient understanding of email marketing and KPIs • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and time management skills • Up-to-date knowledge of email marketing and automation trends • Additional ESP experience such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or SharpSpring is nice to have • Knowledge of cross-inbox and cross-device compatibility is nice to have • Understanding of email authentication protocols is nice to have • Experience with Google Analytics is nice to have • Must be located in the USA • Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of mental focus • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination • No employment visa sponsorship is available
