• The Vice President of Member Services is a senior leader and key member of the executive team, responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term value across the Travel Leaders Affiliate agencies. • This role leads our member sales team to deliver best practices, scalable solutions, and measurable business results. • The Vice President is actively engaged in strategic planning, operational execution, and division wide growth initiatives. • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across member sales. • Develop, execute, and refine annual and long-term sales strategies to drive acquisition, growth, and retention. • Strengthen Affiliate relationships through best-practice sharing in operations, productivity, and marketing. • Maintain full P&L responsibility for the department.
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, account management, or business development; travel industry or consortia experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive growth, retention, and profitability • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance management • Expertise in contract negotiation, renewals, and long-term relationship management • Highly analytical with experience leveraging reporting, benchmarking, and data insights to guide decision-making • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
