Description

• Lead teams to deliver complex projects across one or more business units • Oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Manage resources, schedules, and financials to achieve project goals • Utilize MS Project to track and manage project timelines • Work collaboratively with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment • Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and UW Medicine entities • Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues and risks • Process project change requests to maintain project scope and delivery success

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience in a project team leadership role, managing vendor-packaged software deployment and/or process improvement projects • Proven track record of progressively managing more complex projects • 4+ years of experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders in challenging environments • 4+ years of experience managing project work or leading project teams within an established standard project lifecycle framework • 1+ years of recent hands-on experience with MS Project • Technically competent with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile project methodologies
