• Provide field service operations, troubleshooting, and technical support • Conduct preventive maintenance, installing and servicing UPS devices • Ensure reliability of critical power systems • Provide exceptional customer service and address client technical queries

• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills • Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance experience • Strong Customer Service skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment • Experience in power supply or related industry is a plus • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or related work experience
