Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-person channels • Support demand generation and lead pipeline through digital advertising, email marketing, and social media • Track campaign performance against KPIs and optimize based on metrics and market insight • Create and localize social media, email, web, and sales-enablement content for diverse EMEA audiences • Develop localized value propositions and product positioning with sales and business development • Manage website updates and SEO-optimized EMEA content • Work with creative teams and agencies on culturally relevant visuals and messaging • Plan and execute 15+ annual conferences, trade shows, and webinars across EMEA, including budgeting, logistics, on-site delivery, and follow-up • Ensure marketing materials meet legal, regulatory, and medical-device advertising requirements • Align regional campaigns with global marketing strategy and coordinate execution and brand consistency with global teams • Report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate on brand messaging and storytelling initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B technology • Demonstrated ability to develop key messaging for product commercialization based on market and customer insight • Hands-on experience organizing and executing conferences and trade shows • Proven experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across cultures • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and CMS platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to run projects across multiple countries in a remote setting • Willingness to travel across the region and to collaborate with global teams across time zones • Must be based in the European Union • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for healthcare and medical device advertising in EMEA (e.g. MDR, national advertising rules such as the German HWG) (preferred) • Background in AI, radiology, or healthcare technology (preferred) • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred) • Prior experience in engineering or sales in addition to marketing (preferred) • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, or video production support (preferred) • Additional EMEA language skills (preferred)
