• Track record taking things from nothing to something real. • Built agentic systems in production. • Frontier-model fluency. • Strong full-stack engineer. • Product judgment. • Willing to kill your own work. • Strong communicator. • Experience working on platform products or shared infrastructure (nice-to-have). • Prior startup experience, especially at the Series A–C stage (nice-to-have). • Background that spans engineering and adjacent generalist functions (founding engineer, tech lead, solutions engineering) (nice-to-have). • Experience with fintech, accounting, or professional services software (nice-to-have).
