Description

• Lead RFP responses for Public sector and Enterprise accounts in Belgium • Organize, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end response processes, including offer documents, administrative documents, compliance, customized materials, negotiation materials, and account-based marketing documents • Produce high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, operations, care, and insurance teams • Operate within structured bid governance, including Go/No-Go decisions and quality gates • Own the end-to-end RFP calendar, reverse-plan from submission deadlines, run kick-off meetings, assign and track contributor deadlines, send reminders, and escalate blockers • Manage concurrent RFP timelines without quality trade-offs • Support sales teams in engaging key stakeholders and preparing negotiation rounds • Identify client selection criteria and hot buttons and define answer strategy with Sales • Build and maintain an RFP knowledge library • Implement AI tools and processes to improve response quality, efficiency, and delivery handover • Collaborate with other tender managers to share best practices and adapt proven methodologies • Provide competitive intelligence on how competitors respond to similar tenders • Mentor next hires as the Belgium team expands

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years experience in project management, consulting, or tender/bid management • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-contributor Enterprise RFPs • Excellent written communication • Outstanding project management skills: planning, stakeholder management, and monitoring • Ability to quickly master Alan's product and translate it into compelling RFP narratives • Ability to break down complex RFP requirements and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration • Collaborative mindset across crews and expertises • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Meticulous attention to detail • Adaptability and resilience in complex sales cycles • Mastery of AI LLM, Salesforce, Notion, and knowledge bases • Full working proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written • Full working proficiency in English • Nice to have: full working proficiency in French • Nice to have: prior experience responding to private or public sector RFPs for insurance, benefits, or SaaS/B2B products • Nice to have: prior marketing experience with strong design and visual communication skills • Legally able to work from Belgium for any employer • Located or willing to relocate to Belgium
