Description

• Lead and contribute to computer software systems throughout the design process • Deliver highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant production applications • Prevent, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues • Build architecture designs, influence the product roadmap, and own new projects • Lead code and design reviews • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging • Identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance • Lead developers and collaborate with designers and product owners to identify new features • Manage technologies to improve legacy applications • Gather and address technical and design requirements • Set up and maintain environment configurations and monitor system health • Provide training and support to internal teams • Mentor others, lead sprint planning, delegate assignments, and participate in project planning • Introduce and enhance tools for automation and service operability • Interface with customers and business stakeholders to deliver software products • Establish and maintain engineering organization standards • Respond to on-call incidents and resolve critical disruptions to minimize downtime

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 12 years of related software development experience; or 8 years and an advanced degree • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another related field, or equivalent work experience • Exceptional programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C# • Proven experience as a full stack developer • Exceptional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular, HTML, and CSS • Experience with mobile application development using Native SDK or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter • In-depth understanding of the software development process, including design, development, and deployment • Exceptional experience developing and deploying applications for cloud-native infrastructure • Experience building applications using microservices architecture with an API-first mindset • Ability to collaborate within an agile framework • Excellent analytical and time management skills • Advanced experience building and deploying applications using Kubernetes • Advanced experience in OpenTelemetry • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complicated technical projects across teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available • Ability to lift 5–10 pounds unassisted • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions • Manual dexterity as required for specific equipment
