Description

• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for security products aligned with enterprise risk posture and compliance requirements • Define measurable KPIs and outcomes for each product • Anticipate evolving security threats and compliance requirements and design scalable products for future enterprise needs • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making, and maximize efficiency • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to design and deliver secure-by-default capabilities integrated into IDE and CI/CD workflows • Maintain the product backlog, write and groom user stories, and drive iterative releases using Agile methodologies • Define and monitor KPIs, use analytics and risk reporting to validate assumptions, and optimize adoption • Lead product ceremonies and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to engineering leadership, security teams, and partners • Own the lifecycle of critical security tools and platforms utilized by the enterprise • No supervisory duties

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a product backlog for a digital product team • Minimum of 1 year's experience operating as a coach, partnering with and mentoring product management peers across a broader technology organization • Strong understanding of security principles, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices • Ability to define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), make data-driven decisions, and plan strategically for long-term product impact • Proven experience in Agile product delivery, including backlog management, ceremonies, and iterative releases • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code, and automation in security workflows • Familiarity with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA), secrets management (Vault/KMS), IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security posture management • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and PaaS • Experience with tools such as Postman, Mural/Figma, Jira, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CSSLP, CISSP, or CCSP, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and Cursor • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
