Description

• Receive inbound calls from customers seeking information about health insurance options • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend and enroll customers into appropriate plans/ACA plans • Quote, present, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence and professionalism • Make outbound sales calls as part of sales campaigns • Accurately document all customer interactions and enrollments in the CRM system • Provide exceptional customer experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and first-call resolution • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales and quality assurance (QA) performance metrics • Participate in QA feedback sessions and continuous improvement coaching

🎯 Exigences

• Active Resident Life & Health Insurance License (required at time of hire) • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Ability to sell ACA/Under-65 health insurance products • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Comfort working in a high-volume inside sales environment • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
