Description

• Improve patients’ lives through a better pharmacy experience • Own services managing prescription processing from intake through sending orders to pharmacies for fulfillment • Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery quickly and accurately using automation and manual task coordination • Enable partners such as drug manufacturers, insurers, and providers to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows • Increase FuzeRx intake automation by using LLMs to parse unstructured prescription data • Integrate controlled substance dispensing history and risk scores into pharmacist pre-dispense safety and review workflows • Optimize drug selection to find patients the best price • Balance low inventory on hand with high availability • Establish foundations for an extensible inventory management platform • Mentor engineers and encourage software development and design best practices • Solve complex technical problems at the intersection of healthcare and e-commerce • Provide technical thought leadership for predictive systems

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment • Deep background in backend or full-stack technologies • Experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL • Expertise architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability • Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building high-volume, resilient systems • Proven track record of technical best practices, including code style, documentation, code review, bug fixing, and production issue mitigation • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Fuze Health is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform frequent repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Preferred: experience with supply chain optimization systems • Preferred: experience building and integrating predictive ML models • Preferred: experience designing and implementing service-oriented architectures • Preferred: Python experience for ML initiatives
