Ambry Genetics est un laboratoire de diagnostic clinique spécialisé dans les tests génétiques avancés pour le cancer héréditaire, les maladies rares et autres conditions héréditaires. Description

• Design and develop custom software, systems, and integrations • Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, and business systems analysts in an agile/scrum process • Write code and design technical solutions with IT operations teams • Participate in scrum ceremonies • Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and requests • Complete assigned tasks and use critical thinking to identify design issues and propose technical or functional enhancements • Design and develop software according to ticket specifications • Participate in code reviews by giving and receiving feedback • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups • Help leads and systems analysts curate tickets by providing workflow analysis • Monitor processes and log information, and troubleshoot identified problems • Develop, maintain, and enhance Python applications focused on scalability, performance, and security • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and identify complexity and problematic areas • Learn and work with lab processes, protocols, and data structures

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional Python experience • Python development interfacing with RDS and NoSQL databases • Experience with Flask and/or Django • Experience working with various frameworks • Frontend web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Frontend framework experience such as ReactJS strongly recommended • Good understanding of relational databases such as MySQL • Ability to write and optimize complex multi-table queries • Experience using non-relational databases such as MongoDB • Ability to programmatically read and write structured and unstructured formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML • Experience producing and consuming web services such as REST, SOAP, and AMQP • Basic understanding and use of Docker containers • Competency translating functional requirements into technical requirements • Knowledge of, or interest in learning, lab processes, protocols, and data structures • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline recommended but not required • Experience with and/or certifications in AWS or other cloud technologies is a plus
