Description

• Manage all aspects of DDC controls projects, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess project needs, and ensure alignment of project goals and objectives • Demonstrate a strong understanding of DDC controls systems, building automation technologies, and industry best practices • Work closely with engineering teams to review design documents, ensure compliance with specifications, and offer expertise in DDC controls integration and programming • Coordinate with procurement teams to source and procure necessary equipment, components, and software • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that DDC controls systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings • Oversee the commissioning and testing of DDC controls systems • Lead project teams, providing clear direction, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DDC controls systems and recommend process improvements.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in the field of DDC controls systems or building automation • Strong knowledge of DDC controls systems, including programming languages (such as BACnet, LonWorks, or Modbus) • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated leadership capabilities • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in the building controls industry • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus • Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices is desirable.
