Description

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs across Anchorage Digital legal entities • Work closely with various compliance functions, particularly Financial Crimes Compliance • Transform raw data into actionable insights, driving process improvements • Leverage technology to enhance overall compliance posture • Apply data expertise to strengthen Anchorage Digital's global compliance function through analytics and automation

🎯 Exigences

• 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the financial services industry • Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, advanced Excel/Google Sheets) • Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization • Experience with or a strong interest in automation principles, leveraging existing AI tools • Strong understanding of how systems, data flows, and technologies interact • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
