Description

• Serve as an Anomali Platform power user and help customers achieve success with the technology • Own and drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity • Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst-, director-, and CISO-level stakeholders, translating technical usage into business value and security outcomes • Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships, surfacing them to CSM/AE partners • Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues • Provide technical advice, guidance, and know-how to ensure successful usage and adoption • Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable • Act as the customer’s advocate and internal champion; promote advocacy • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders • Engage with Onboarding Engineers to ensure a smooth transition • Engage with Technical Support to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues • Engage with Engineering to resolve customer-reported issues • Partner with Sales to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Engage with Product Management to promote customer feature requests

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an additional 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree • Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at Director/VP/CISO level, including running QBRs/EBRs connecting technical adoption to business outcomes • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and architectures including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs • Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization • Strong grasp of general networking concepts • Proficiency with various operating systems and relevant log telemetry, including network and identity telemetry • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure in a high-tempo operational environment • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship to work in the US
