La solution est cliniquement validée, utilisée par des hôpitaux et des unités neurovasculaires dans le monde entier, et intègre la transmission sécurisée des données et la conformité réglementaire.

Description

• Team leadership & coaching • Lead and manage a small field sales team (2–3 Account Executives), both professionally and disciplinarily. • Onboard, coach and develop your team members. • Define and track sales targets and KPIs together with the team. • Independently sell our solution SRA Pro to hospitals in Northern and Eastern Germany. • New business acquisition: identify, approach and win new hospital partners. • Manage and expand existing customer relationships (account management). • Present and demonstrate SRA Pro to decision-makers in hospitals. • Work closely with management on sales strategy and territory planning. • Reporting and pipeline management: transparent communication of forecasts and market developments. • Actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes and go-to-market strategy. • Represent apoplex at specialist conferences, trade shows and industry events.

🎯 Exigences

• You bring sales experience: proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in medical technology or healthcare. • You can lead: you have already managed a small team or are ready to take the next step into a leadership role. • You have a hunter mentality: you are motivated by new customer acquisition. • You have experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). • You take ownership: you see what’s missing and proactively solve it independently. • You understand the hospital market: you know the decision-making paths and procurement processes in hospitals. • You communicate clearly: friendly, precise and reliable—internally and externally. • You are willing to travel: regular travel in Northern and Eastern Germany is a natural part of the role. • You are fluent and negotiation-ready in German and English.
