Description

• Provide technical support for mobile device, mobility platform, and application issues through the ticketing system, telephone, and email. • Administer, support, and maintain enterprise mobility systems and applications, including Workspace ONE UEM. • Coordinate and assist with the installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of mobile platform software, hardware, and devices for internal teams, remote employees, vendors, and contractors. • Troubleshoot complex mobility and endpoint issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions or escalations. • Support Windows Server 2019 or later environments, including server administration, vulnerability remediation, and security patching. • Perform configuration management activities and maintain accurate technical, operational, and system documentation. • Assist with the development and improvement of IT procedures that increase efficiency, enhance workflow, strengthen security, and improve customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with senior staff, organizational stakeholders, internal systems administrators, and non-technical users to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. • Participate in flexible scheduling and 24x7 on-call technical support rotations as required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to mobility architecture, device management, platform reliability, and service delivery.

🎯 Exigences

• Four or more years of operations support experience with Windows Server 2019 or later. • Four or more years of operations support experience with the Workspace ONE UEM mobile device management platform. • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, management, vulnerability remediation, and patching. • Demonstrated experience providing enterprise technical support for mobile devices, mobility platforms, and related applications. • Experience performing configuration management and developing technical and operational documentation. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in a 24x7 on-call technical support rotation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior staff, stakeholders, systems administrators, vendors, contractors, and end users.
