Description

• Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans • Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines • Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports • Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity • Address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data • Process data through Relativity Processing as needed and manage client data effectively

• Unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction • Proficient at building and sustaining high-touch exceptional client relationships with ESI and portfolio clients • Strong proficiency and knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies • Proven ability to evaluate client needs and effectively provide solutions to exceed expectations • High aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms • Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features • Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills • Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed • Proven ability to thrive in a team-based environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
