• Design and implement an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy that aligns with divisional and enterprise goals. • Champion the launch and ongoing evolution of the divisional brand. • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, product launches, customer events, and content marketing. • Serve as the primary architect of divisional marketing priorities. • Develop, manage, and optimize the divisional marketing budget. • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI. • Lead the creation and deployment of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role. • Specialty insurance industry experience is required. • Proven experience launching and scaling divisional brands, leading content and field marketing initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams. • Strong presentation skills, with a passion for outstanding content and measurable performance. • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies for high-growth businesses. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure performance, and drive ROI. • Hands-on leadership style, willing to dive into details and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
