Description

• Execute the cloud-first IGA/IAM modernization roadmap • Orchestrate enterprise-wide application onboarding and replace legacy systems with scalable, standardized identity service platforms • Engineer and automate end-to-end identity lifecycle event flows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) • Automate access certification workflows through API integrations, infrastructure-as-code, and platform-native automation • Direct and mentor an engineering team using Agile frameworks • Establish standard operating procedures, change management, and continuous delivery practices • Optimize and secure hybrid directory infrastructure • Maintain technical control over Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise IGA platforms • Serve as the primary technical escalation authority and compliance subject matter expert • Manage internal and external IAM audits • Design security control documentation • Translate identity risk data into strategic counsel for senior leadership

🎯 Exigences

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related engineering discipline preferred • Active, recognized cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred • Current formal engineering or administration certification on an enterprise-grade IGA/IAM platform ecosystem such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta preferred • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID • Experience with enterprise IGA/IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or OneIdentity • Knowledge of API integrations, infrastructure-as-code, and platform-native automation • Experience with Agile frameworks, standard operating procedures, change management, and continuous delivery • Experience managing IAM audits and security control documentation • Experience translating identity risk data for senior leadership
