Description

• Own and evolve the impact assessment process — improve tools, refine methodology, and ensure assessments are compelling and customer-specific. • Define Ashby's value selling motion — build frameworks, templates, and messaging for SEs. • Lead executive-level value conversations on strategic deals — bring business cases to life. • Enable SE and CSM teams — run training and create resources related to value consulting. • Partner with CS on value realization — connect expected outcomes to actual results. • Test and refine messaging on larger deals — use strategic opportunities to sharpen communication of Ashby's impact.

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of dedicated value consulting or value engineering experience in SaaS. • You're a builder and can shape the function. • You think in outcomes, not features. • You know how to enable others and coach a team. • Exceptional communicator, comfortable with executive conversations. • Genuine empathy for Talent Acquisition teams. • Strong cross-functional partner experience. • Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer or management consultant (bonus points). • Familiarity with HR tech or Applicant Tracking Systems (bonus points). • Experience building or improving impact assessment tooling and processes from the ground up (bonus points). • A track record of tying value consulting work to measurable revenue or retention outcomes (bonus points).
