Description

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within Aerospace, Space & Defense markets. • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through market research, networking, industry engagement, and lead follow-up. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service solutions that align with customer requirements and Astro Pak capabilities. • Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth objectives. • Expand existing customer relationships by increasing program participation and wallet share. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations. • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex contamination control, precision cleaning, and cleanroom-related challenges. • Develop communication pathways that position Astro Pak within current and emerging customer programs. • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and responsiveness. • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Aerospace, Space & Defense markets, industry trends, and customer requirements. • Build Astro Pak's presence through participation in trade shows, conferences, professional organizations, and industry networking events. • Identify emerging opportunities, technologies, and market developments that support business growth. • Partner closely with Inside Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, and Operations teams to advance opportunities and ensure successful project execution. • Act as the primary commercial liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. • Support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities as business needs evolve.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field. • Minimum of 6-10 years of successful quota-carrying sales and business development experience. • Demonstrated experience selling into Aerospace, Space & Defense markets. • Proven track record of generating new business and growing strategic customer accounts. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex service solutions. • Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred. • Valid Class C driver's license with an acceptable driving record. • Ability to comply with U.S. Export Control regulations and federally mandated requirements.
