Description

• Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals. • Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build your own revenue pipeline. • Sell technology solutions including CRM implementations, system migrations, automations, integrations, and AI-powered tools. • Engage founders, CXOs, and senior leadership in consultative sales conversations. • Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams to structure and close deals. • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets. • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and deal updates within CRM systems.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in B2B technology or services-based sales. • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate opportunities independently. • Comfortable selling to founders, executives, and senior decision-makers. • Clear, confident communicator who can lead and control sales conversations. • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with minimal need for oversight or micromanagement. • Experience selling CRM solutions, SaaS products, AI tools, automation platforms, or IT services is strongly preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused sales environment.
