Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Expand market presence by cultivating relationships with high-potential prospects and strategic accounts • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive retention and long-term value • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution • Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle • Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and territory performance updates • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and insights to leadership • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Experience managing a defined territory or region • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
