Description

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across the state of Illinois • Manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio • Drive strategic growth across key market segments • Coach and inspire the sales team • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders • Develop and execute territory plans • Provide formal and informal sales training to team members • Develop programs and selling strategies to motivate sales force • Handle contract negotiations for key accounts • Prepare sales and gross margin forecasts • Analyze and monitor sales data for the region • Monitor and manage key product sales • Interface with internal customers and service providers

🎯 Exigences

• College degree or equivalent/applicable experience • 2-5 years of proven leadership experience in team development and management • Valid driver's license to perform essential functions of the role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preference for experience in Salesforce or Qlikview • Several years of successful outside sales experience • Strong industry knowledge and negotiation skills • Demonstrated success operating in high-volume, performance-driven environments • Distribution experience and scientific background • Excellent presentation and coaching skills • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively • Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems efficiently.
