Description

• Serve as technical architecture authority for the platforms team and own reference architectures, design patterns, environment topology, and platform standards • Review and approve technical designs, integration proposals, and significant configuration changes • Evaluate tools and vendor releases for technical fit, security, scalability, and supportability • Own platform governance, change control, upgrade planning, capacity, resiliency, and technical debt planning • Administer and engineer Alteryx Server and KNIME Server or Business Hub environments • Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, certificates, capacity, and cost optimization • Design and implement data source, API, service-to-service, identity, and security integrations • Own SSO and access architecture, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, security groups, and RBAC • Define and maintain platform security standards and vulnerability remediation processes • Build production-grade Python and PowerShell automation for provisioning, deployments, configuration, health checks, credential rotation, and reporting • Apply infrastructure-as-code, Git, peer review, testing, secrets management, logging, and error handling • Own developer experience and onboarding for OpenAI API, Claude API, and approved agentic coding tools • Publish documentation, reference implementations, starter templates, SDK/retry patterns, and environment guidance • Provide Tier 2 technical support during U.S. hours and drive complex incidents to root cause • Manage vendor escalations with Alteryx, KNIME, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic • Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, diagrams, and as-built documentation • Mentor associates, cross-skill teammates, and partner with identity, security, networking, infrastructure, and peer engineering teams • Flex into adjacent technologies and perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related technical field required • 3 years of experience required in systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering • Direct server administration of enterprise analytics or data science platforms such as Alteryx Server and KNIME Server or Business Hub • Cloud infrastructure ownership and enterprise SSO and directory integrations experience • Experience acting as a technical design authority for a platform estate • Track record of replacing manual operational work with automation • Working knowledge of Alteryx Server and KNIME Server or Business Hub, or comparable enterprise analytics platforms • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration • Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code • Identity and access engineering experience including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, conditional access, security groups, and RBAC • Knowledge of database connectivity, ODBC/JDBC drivers, service accounts, secrets management, TLS, certificate lifecycle, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and REST APIs • Advanced Python and PowerShell scripting and automation skills • Proficiency with Git, Terraform or Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, Postman, curl, and log/trace analysis • Strong architecture, technical documentation, and runbook authoring skills • English proficiency required • Ability to work during U.S. hours and coordinate with distributed teams across time zones • Preferred certifications include Alteryx Server, KNIME Server or Business Hub, Microsoft AZ-104 or AZ-305, AWS Solutions Architect, SC-300, or CompTIA Security+
