Description

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end cyber incident management for insured clients • Act as the central orchestrator across policyholders, brokers, claims, legal counsel, and external service providers • Lead scoping, incident status, and client coordination calls • Maintain ownership of key actions, decisions, and follow-up items • Ensure incident activities are accurately documented, timely, and compliant with SLAs and insurance policy obligations • Deliver client-specific engagements, including onboarding meetings and cyber crisis tabletop exercises • Use incident and risk data to create simulated cyber scenarios • Deliver reports, executive summaries, documented findings, and actionable improvement plans • Build strong client relationships and support awareness and adoption of Beazley Security services • Identify client needs and coordinate opportunities for additional services or support • Support client retention through consistent, high-quality client experience • Partner with underwriting, Alliances, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to meet revenue and growth targets • Contribute to improving client journeys, service offerings, and market positioning • Maintain accurate time recording and utilisation tracking • Maintain complete documentation of incidents, client interactions, and deliverables • Follow ticket management workflows, SLA requirements, and response timelines • Provide timely, professional communication across clients, brokers, and internal teams • Collaborate across teams and contribute to consistent delivery standards • Contribute to continuous improvement of Cyber Services processes, templates, deliverables, and client experiences

🎯 Exigences

• Degree from any discipline or equivalent professional experience • Experience in client-facing cyber risk or insurance, incident response coordination, or consulting roles • Ability to own and manage multiple client engagements and priorities • Experience facilitating workshops, tabletop exercises, or other interactive client engagements • Commercial awareness or exposure to client management / account growth / sales initiatives • Certifications beneficial but not required • Autonomous and self-sufficient as key player in a highly virtualized, global team • Strong client communication and stakeholder engagement • Strong written communication and ability to produce clear, client-ready deliverables • Structured problem solving and decision-making under pressure • High degree of reliability, organisation, and attention to detail • Effective cross-functional collaboration • Commercial awareness and focus on client outcomes • Fully available during working hours at a fixed location with sufficient connectivity to participate in remote meetings with both video and audio
