Description

• Own consolidation of company forecasts and financial outlooks across the FP&A organization • Maintain integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow understanding and models • Analyze company-level performance, risks, opportunities, and changes in outlook • Make recommendations to the business and ELT to improve operational and financial performance • Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and corporate planning processes • Strengthen controls, documentation, and repeatability around FP&A reporting and consolidation • Own cash flow forecasting, cash flow modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis • Develop bridges between EBITDA, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and changes in cash • Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A business partners on working-capital drivers • Prepare Board, ELT, PE sponsor, portfolio company, and CFO reporting and analysis • Maintain GAAP-to-non-GAAP bridges and support Adjusted EBITDA reporting • Coordinate reporting inputs and timelines across FP&A • Drive process improvements and automation using AI and other tools • Articulate the company-level financial story through financial and operational data

🎯 Exigences

• Approximately 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related role • Experience in a $300M–$1B PE-backed or pre-IPO enterprise B2B SaaS business, or a highly comparable environment • Strong three-statement financial modeling and cash flow forecasting experience • Demonstrated experience with corporate FP&A, including consolidation and executive-level financial reporting • Strong understanding of the relationship between the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital • Experience preparing Board, executive, investor, or PE sponsor financial reporting • Fluency in GAAP and non-GAAP reporting and experience maintaining or explaining reconciliations between the two • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with high standards for accuracy and financial integrity • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple areas into a concise company-level financial story • High judgment and tolerance for ambiguity • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic PE-backed SaaS environment • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables with tight deadlines
