Description

• Conduct client onboarding (initial presentation and contact, confirmation of credential receipt, integration follow-up, initial presentation) • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships (analysts, developers, operational teams) • Conduct expectation-alignment meetings • Hold regular meetings to monitor and understand each client’s situation, address questions or improvement suggestions, and ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions • Monitor client satisfaction (NPS) • Analyze data and trends to identify and act on opportunities or influence long-term outcomes to maximize the potential of your portfolio • Act as a strategic partner to the sales team • Update the CRM with all customer interactions to maintain a complete history • Track customer KPIs (revenue, volume, health score) and identify opportunities or potential issues • Serve as the first point of contact for customers for support, answer questions, and, for more technical issues, escalate to the support team.

🎯 Exigences

• Previous experience in Customer Success • Knowledge of Customer Success processes • Understanding of Customer Success KPIs • Familiarity with common Customer Success software and tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work under urgent situations and tight deadlines • Empathy and patience when working with customers • Ability to interpret charts and reports
