Description

• Manage specialist retail partners in the region and strategically develop existing partnerships • Improve retailer performance and customer experiences through suitable solutions and regular communication • Build relationships with employers and regional networks • Position Bikeleasing, Probonio, and Bike2Future as a multi-benefit platform • Design, plan, coordinate, and independently execute events and sales promotion initiatives • Analyze market potential • Document activities systematically in the CRM system • Bring valuable market feedback into the company

🎯 Exigences

• You have professional experience in B2B field sales and an understanding of working with partners • You build relationships with specialist retail partners and employer-side decision-makers quickly and sustainably • Ideally, you have experience independently planning and executing events • Well connected within the region • Willingness to travel within the region • Confident German communication skills at C2 level • English skills are an advantage • Interest in sustainable mobility and the ability to authentically convey your enthusiasm for the Bikeleasing Group
