BIMTM collabore avec des architectes, ingénieurs, entrepreneurs généraux, artisans et clients gouvernementaux pour rationaliser les flux de travail depuis la conception jusqu'à la construction et la maintenance.

Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of BIM coordination and virtual construction projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects • Work closely with clients, contractors, trade partners, and internal teams • Manage Electrical BIM and VDC projects throughout the project lifecycle • Develop project execution plans, coordination strategies, and schedules • Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution efforts • Track project progress, risks, and milestones • Ensure BIM models and project deliverables align with project requirements • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders • Coordinate work across BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members • Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and coordination challenges early

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience managing BIM, VDC, detailing, coordination, or construction-related projects • Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes • Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Preferred: Electrical construction or electrical BIM experience • Preferred: Experience facilitating coordination meetings • Preferred: Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms • Preferred: Previous leadership, mentoring, or project management experience
