Bio Protocol est une couche financière de science décentralisée (DeSci) et une plateforme qui tokenise et finance la recherche en biotechnologie à ses débuts. Elle permet aux DAOs gouvernés par la communauté et aux propriétés intellectuelles tokenisées de lever des fonds via des lancements de jetons BIO et des ventes d'allumage, offre des mécanismes de staking et de fidélité (BioXP), et fournit des infrastructures telles qu'une rampe de lancement (Launchpad) et un moteur de liquidité. Le protocole soutient également les outils scientifiques pilotés par l'IA (BioAgents et le chercheur IA BIOS) pour accélérer la recherche, la coordination, et la commercialisation des innovations scientifiques.

Description

• Own customer acquisition across all channels: paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion • Continuously test and iterate - creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging - to improve performance • Build and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase • Develop email/SMS lifecycle marketing to drive retention and LTV • Analyze performance data daily and make rapid decisions to scale what works • Collaborate with BioDAOs to craft compelling product stories and launch campaigns • Manage and grow organic channels including social media, SEO, and community • Support international fulfillment setup as we scale into new markets

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of health, wellness or supplement e-commerce experience at a D2C brand, with hands-on customer acquisition responsibility • Proven track record of scaling paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) profitably • Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing - paid, organic, email, website optimization • Obsessive about optimization: you test constantly and let data drive decisions • Strong analytical skills - fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, and attribution • Experience building e-commerce operations from early stage to growth • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, autonomous remote environments • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or headless commerce platforms • Interest in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized communities • Experience with influencer marketing or community-led growth
