Bitstack opère en tant que Prestataire de Services sur Actifs Numériques agréé en France, offre une garde via un stockage à froid multisignature, et permet aux utilisateurs de retirer vers des portefeuilles externes ou de reconvertir en euros.

Description

• Lead French statutory accounting and own monthly and annual closes • Manage the relationship with the external accounting firm • Lead the company's tax compliance across direct and indirect taxes • Design and own the company's accounting policies • Build and own the bad debt provisioning and collections framework • Build and maintain reconciliation workflows • Lead audit readiness preparation • Drive automation and AI adoption across the finance function • Contribute to the broader finance systems roadmap • Partner with the Data Lead to ensure finance data needs are met

🎯 Exigences

• 10 years of relevant professional experience • Demonstrated experience managing external accounting partners and statutory auditors • Strong knowledge of French statutory accounting (Plan Comptable Général) • Hands-on experience with modern accounting platforms or ERP systems (Pennylane, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar) • Sector experience in crypto or fintech is highly valued • Languages: native French, professional working proficiency in English • Strong technology and data fluency • Holistic perspective and strong business judgment • High autonomy and ownership mindset • Strong communicator • Growth mindset
