Description

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy and platform goals. • Translate product vision and complex requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and leadership to shape platform capabilities and technical direction. • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with business objectives and platform evolution. • Facilitate product planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery. • Monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting priorities and scope as needed to maximize impact and delivery outcomes. • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, working with engineering leadership to resolve issues and keep delivery on track. • Evaluate opportunities to improve platform capabilities, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of BSC Analytics’ AI platform, helping identify new capabilities, workflows, and automation opportunities. • Support and collaborate with engineering teams, fostering clarity around priorities and enabling effective execution.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience owning technical products as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment • Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs • Experience building or supporting platform-based products • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products • Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or data-driven products • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) • Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Consulting environment experience (Preferred) • Experience in highly regulated industries (Preferred) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification (Preferred)
