Description
• Drive technical excellence across engineering team • Architect scalable systems and mentor engineers • Work closely with product and design partners • Write, review, and maintain production-grade code • Guide junior and mid-level engineers • Lead projects from planning through deployment
🎯 Exigences
• 3-6+ years building production web applications • Experience in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL • Full stack skills with strong fundamentals in system design • Experience mentoring engineers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
