Description

• Develop, implement, and execute tactics related to myBeOne Support, program education, awareness, and promotions • Support growth of BRUKINSA®, BEQALZI, TEVIMBRA, upcoming new indications, and new molecular entity launches • Drive program awareness and understanding for internal and external audiences • Support development and execution of patient support programs and initiatives to optimize patient access • Strengthen integration across patients and healthcare providers to enhance patient experience • Translate field insights and customer needs into patient services materials and messaging • Lead development and execution of patient services materials aligned with approved labeling and compliance standards • Manage promotional material lifecycle, including distribution coordination, inventory management, and field communications • Support personal and non-personal marketing programs and patient-focused campaigns • Coordinate promotional review submissions to ensure regulatory, legal, and compliance alignment • Identify promotional and strategic opportunities within distribution and specialty pharmacy partners • Align distribution strategies with patient access initiatives and optimize channel visibility and access solutions • Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Legal, Compliance, Advocacy, and Commercial Operations teams • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and third-party partners • Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure timeline and business-objective alignment • Monitor performance of patient services and promotional initiatives with business analytics • Assess campaign and program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities • Leverage data to inform strategy and improve engagement outcomes • Align with Marketing teams on product-specific and portfolio goals and KPIs • Assist with development of new team members and foster a positive team culture

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields • 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry • Experience in one or more areas: Patient services / patient support; Market access / reimbursement; Marketing / promotional strategy; Digital / Non-personal promotion • Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred • Product launch experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Significant agency management and cross-functional team leadership experience required
