Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end distribution process • Ensure on-time, compliant, and efficient product flow to customers • Be accountable for distributor performance • Support the integrity, completeness, and compliance of all customer master data • Act as the primary owner of distribution and supply chain intelligence for Germany • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the German supply chain • Serve as the single accountable contact for all distribution-related activities in Germany

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical / medical device distribution, supply chain, or order-to-cash operations • Proven experience managing end-to-end distribution execution • Hands-on experience in fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial organisations • Track record of data-driven decision-making • Experience in launch readiness, new distribution models, German wholesalers, Stock in Trade management or business scale-up environments • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
